They harassed me and called me 5 times a day to try to get me to consent to paying a subscription cancellation fee.
They are PREDATORS.

They also asked me to contact Trademark Engine, which I did on many occasions. I've exhausted every method possible to reach out to them with no response.
When you go to the URL, https://www.trademarkengine.com/contact, and click on LIVE CHAT, they forward the link back to their homepage. This is a red flag.
I then contact their support email at [email protected], I first receive the following message:

I tried several more times, and then I got this response:

It's June 20th, and still no response.
When I call the phone number, I wait for more than an hour, and no one picks up. When alerted to have them call me back, I accept, and no one calls me back. They can't be that busy to respond to a trademark application. This is a major red flag.
This company is a scam. I want my money back.
