Horrible. The mascara itself is fine but they were crooks from the beginning. First they charged me extra money for expedited shipping when I didn’t ask for it. They quickly refunded my money. Then they set me up for some bogus VIP status-once again didn’t ask for and the next three month took $31 out of my account. I finally caught on (ok that’s on me for not paying addition) then I had to fight them to refund my money. I was on hold forever and had an appt so I had to go but only was able to negotiate half of the money the swindled me out of. I did get back money but not all of it. Pure crooks and they know they are deceiving people. Don’t get involved. Buy your mascara from CVS, Target even Temu. Just as good.

Bought tights from this company...next 2 payments of 34.71 USD for "VIP" membership. I live in Canada...that is 69.42 CAD and as a pensioner I can't afford to lose that money. Phoned the company and was told I would get a full refund in 3-5 business days. We shall see!

I had several payments deducted through PayPal. To stop paying you can log into your PayPal account and remove PayPal as a payment method.

I have a recurring Nymbus LLC charged at my PayPal account and it says it is a subscription charged to my PayPal account since February 2024 and it occurred again in this month of March. The amount in February was USD $35.98 and in March USD $34.71. I tried to dispute it in PayPal and to my bank. My bank disputed the amount on the day I reported it but PayPal didn’t. I beg them to stop this subscription as I don’t know what it is! I believe I have been scammed.

I bought 2 products and they charged me for a subscription for months that I did not sign up for!

If you buy ‘indestructible tights ’ or anything from a Facebook ad, be aware that they’ll (Nimbus llc) try to get you to tick a box for free shipping & 10% off.

If you tick the box for free shipping, you are signed up to a VIP monthly charge which is around $60 per month recurring on your credit card.. for nothing.

It is not clear & if you try to ask for a refund they will deny you.

Idk wtf is going on but i kno that this company has been charging my debit card 31.63 for over a year now. Which is bull[censored] because I've never bought anything from them or never gotten any kind of service. But I don't have any proof bc PayPal doesn't let u take [censored]in screen shots!

A recurring payment to shopinnovations.com has been set up via my PayPal and credit card. I did not do this. This has been coming out of my account for 6 months without my permission. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop this. I have also deleted my PayPal account to stop this as well.

I purchased a bra from Nymbus LLC for 35.99 USD, but the next day, I observed that they charged me a total of 113.41 USD. Despite sending two emails, I haven't received any response from them. It seems like a scam; I advise against making purchases from them. Here is their website:
https://offer.fitcharm.co/?syclid=f7234b62-aef3-4911-8196-959545db5ecc&_atid=Vmm...

I was charged by them for their so called VIP scheme which I never signed up for . I asked PayPal to investigate but they declined. The company offered me a 50% refund ‘in good faith’ they said but they have never paid it.

NYMBUS LLC started charging my paypal account on May22, 2023. They charged me 2 times that day for 2 different amounts. Every month since (7 months) I have been charged $31.63 for a service and/or product I never order or received. I'm in the process of trying to get my money back. I will have PayPal block them from making any further charges to my account.

I saw random payments in my pay pal account for $31.63 it happened twice and the initial payment was smaller. I have never bought anything from Nymbus LLC. The have stolen money from me. I’m trying to get PayPal to look into this.

Money is deducted from my bank account via PayPal. No idea what is for and have no record of signing up for this deduction.

This company continues to take money from my account, and I supposedly ticked a box that signed me up to a subscription. This box offered me 10% off and was highlighted. Underneath the box it states that it is a subscription and they sneakily take money from your account. I have had to seek the advice of a lawyer. Avoid at all costs.

I am trying to cancel this subscription to Nymbus LLC. I can not find a website to go to cancel it . I am not sure why I agreed to subscription . I can not find an app for Nymbus LLC to go into cancel subscription.
I can not find any email from Nymbus showing that I agreed to subscribe to it .
How do I cancel this ?

This is what they do. I would send them a legal letter as they have done the same thing to me and I am managing it from that direction. The subscribe part was very deceptive and was in a separate box. I am demanding that all amounts be refunded. They are despicable

I have two Auto payments through Pay Pal totaling $78.80 with this company for on- line purchases that i can't remember what for , but know I never received and can't understand how they ended up as auto payments? I tried to get Pay Pal to get my money back and to cancel the auto payments , but they have been No Help and I am old and on a fixed income! Can you please help me put an end to this nightmare? Sincerely, CynDee Vierra email: [email protected]

Nymbus LLC made two fraudulent charges to my PayPal account. I ordered the Brow Charm product for $17.99 USD. Subsequent to that charge, Nymbus submitted charges for $9.95 and $34.71 (VIP subscription). The VIP subscription was the first of recurring "pre-authorized" payments. Thank God, I caught it when I did or they may have defrauded me for more money. I opened an investigation with PayPal and requested that they block Nymbus LLC from being a vendor through PayPal. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau, and ask that anyone else they've defrauded do the same -- request that PayPal block them AND file a complaint with the BBB. There are way too many people that they have stolen money from.

Ordered from BrowCharm from Facebook went through Paypal. Received an additional order for $117.95. I only ordered product with value of $24.95. They added another order and Paypal said it was a legitimate order. I was not they added this order and Paypal would not do anything about it. BEWARE !

I wanted to purchase product worth $19.99,was charged initially $44,99 and next for some sort of subscription $64.78. I have no idea how that evolved so quickly.
