I wanted to purchase product worth $19.99,was charged initially $44,99 and next for some sort of subscription $64.78. I have no idea how that evolved so quickly.

What is "Nymbus LLC"

I recently checked my PayPal account and there are 2 charges from "Nymbus LLC". One is for $50 USD and the other is for $38 USD. What is this and what can I do to not pay almost $90 USD? Please help me if you've ever had this experience and what you did to remedy it. Very anxiety provoking for me. Thank you!

Purchased a number of Vibely mascara on 8th October. I live in Australian, so the currency is Aud to usd. No problem with the product, but allegedly, and I have never received any correspondence regarding my “membership” to the vip club, it appears since October, I have been paying usd 31.63 every month through PayPal. Only aware this month. So that’s about $500 aud taken from my account without my knowledge. No help from customer service either, but that be very very aware of what you are getting into with this company.

CRAPPY PRODUCT WITH THE POOR REFUND PROCEDURE

I got sucked into this cheap quality product after watching an Instagram ad - dry and powdery product with a dull pointed sponge applicator that goes all over the face and makes your eye brows look like a character from Angry Bird. I have asked for a refund and got a respond as following:

Please include a label with your name and order number and kindly send us an email with a PHOTO of the return shipping label with the return tracking number, and should clearly show the address your orders are being returned to. Please note that the items must be returned in good condition within 30 days from the date received to process a full refund. Please also consider keeping the items for a 50% refund. We are giving you this option so that you don't have to go through all the troubles sending them back and having to pay for the return shipping cost. Kindly note that, we are not providing free return labels.

I am going to try to get at least 50% refund but clearly money lost and wasted. I would like to write a negative review on their website if I could.

I have been going back and forth trying to get refund for a product I never received! I have proof from my Post Office that nothing was delivered on the day they're claming I also have ring camera showing that absolutely nothing had been delivered! I provided print outs from USPS informed delivery for 10 days prior to 10 days after supposed delivery showing it was not delivered to my house. Now they are saying that they're waiting on a "return call" from the post office to provide a 2nd tracking number. To be clear the "tracking" linked to the missing shows to delivered to my home address but apparently since I have proof that that is not accurate, they now claim that that is not in fact the tracking number but the updates are entered manually. This is a complete scam

Sneaky V.I.P subscription

Purchased a brow stencil kit. Took a a bit to get here was okay not to bad. But then a month later I noticed an automated payment come out through my PayPal. Then to find out it was some v.i.p sub. Wasn't happy! All I did was buy something definitely not sign up to any subs. Waiting on email response from them. Cancelled the automatic payment through PayPal. Now try to get something back as now I'm 50 bucks out of pocket. Bloody bocus scammers. And you think buying from PayPal you would be safe. Getting more sophisticated.

Over charging

I purchased a product from this business and they claimed I was signed up for a VIP Membership and has charged my account for two extra payments of $32.99 and $34.76 before I caught on. I would like my money back.

I order the brow kit for $19.99 two days later they charged me an additional $9.95 for expedited shipping that I never selected. Then they tried to convince me that I did it on accident. First off all no I didn't because if I did then it would of been on the original order. In my bank statement it says only $19.99 by on PayPal it says $19.99 then a separate charge of $9.95. Seems like to me it should of been on the same charge if I did it instead of separately. This is theft I don't care if it was only $9.95 the fact that they just charged my card without me even selecting expedited shipping then tried to make me think I did it on accident is disgusting. These people are thieves do not purchase from them. Some people in here was charged a lot more than me and I feel bad for them. This isn't right and they need to be put out of business. They are stealing people's money.

I just had a pending transaction with this Nymbus LLC pop up on my bank acct. I haven't even heard of this company, nor have I ordered anything from them. As soon as it posts to my acct, I'm going to dispute this charge. Capital One is really good about giving provisional refunds for this sort of thing. Once they investigate, I'm confident they will approve the refund.

This company has been taking so called pre approved payments from my credit card via PayPal.
I only noticed it today and since February they have taken four payments ranging from $59.98 to $34.76. I have just sent them an email and the we'll see if they respond.

I had exactly the same problem. I authorised a purchase thru PayPal for $19.99, they then took a further $114.94 from Paypal under the same authority number. They have said they will refund me 25% but I don't think Ill see it, it's my stupidity for not reading reviews first. Paypal have been no help they have closed the case. I hate these scammers and warn you not to purchase thru this company

Paid and received my order THEN the following month was charged again for same product BUT without product being delivered. Apparently somehow they will take month payments from your card until you cancel automatic payments of which you didn't sign up for. Who in their right mind wants to pay for something, that they are not going to receive, every month .Shame on you Nymbus

They added another eyeliner, mascara and expedited shipping as a recurring order when I was trying to check out. It came across my PayPal as a separate charge. I canceled the reoccurring charge on PayPal and am trying to get the products I didn’t authorize refunded. Sounds like I’ll never see the refund or the product

I bought a beauty product from this scam company and they signed me up for a sham subscription without my consent then have billed me twice for this joke subscription over 2 months. A subscription for which I’ve received nothing, I didn’t want and they have stolen money from my card without my consent.

No response from their email address. Stay well away! Their products are cheap crap too and not worth the money. They’re criminals!
