I bought a knee wrap and want to return it because its useless. There is no way to contact them for return and refund information. I have a phone number but a recording answers and states to contact them via their email found on their website but I cannot find it. Its a scam and I should have known better

Paid for the item. Waited over 2 months. Eventually demanded refund . They said no refund could ;be issued due to still shipping. I did finally get the cheap product from China and it was broken. i called and just got the run around. I just kept emailing them, I was able to get the address and offered a 50% refund. Again they did not give the shipping and kept all the tax- WHICH IS ILLEGAL. So I am on the tax fraud next. Moral of the story...this should be stopped

This Nymbus LLC Is a secondary handler for extremely cheap beauty products that are imported from China. I can say this because they got me! Good luck getting a hold of anyone because you won’t they won’t return your money you’ll have a heck of a time if you get half back less taxes and shipping.
