return in 3 days for government death benefit of $35,000
disturbing because my wife is on her death bed and I almost fell for it, my neighbor said i think I got one and its a scam! flooded with other scam junk mail offers! very sad!

I Googled the address on the return envelope, found it was just one of many they use. One of their products is burial insurance; apparently there are others. Once they have your info they won't ever let you go. Avoid them!

I was sent a misleading mailer from this company in an obvious attempt to steal my personal information to sell to other third party companies. It was made to look like a second attempt at contact to try and sell me life insurance coverage. I'm in my freaking 30's and should already be on the OPT OUT lists to receive such spam mail. I have not requested nor am I interested in anything this company is trying to shill.

I demanded that they OPT ME OUT of whatever mailing lists they have. Also, don't be fooled into using their recommended DMAchoice site to stop spam mail. You'll be forced to pay a fee and have your information stolen there as well.

I can surely agree with the others.. it’s a scam to get information and to state about Medicaid.. I’m so not interested.. I have two mailings with second attempted stamped on them.. Really? I would like to take my name off their mailing list if I could. It’s so annoying.. I plan to send it back with RTS (return to sender)on the outside of their envelope.. Just not interested….

These clowns send me their scam junk about every 3 months. I sent it back, telling them where to shove it. I tried finding a phone number, but they don't seem to have one.
If you see that on the return address, throw it in the trash immediately.,

Sent an ambiguous card with very little information and no contact information via phone or email.
Sounds sketchy.

Got one with the famed second notice stamp, saying i qualified for my Medicare part B premium to be paid for by the state.

Just fill out this form with all your information and we will gladly have your state pay for your part B plan.

I got a couple letters in the mail also and was thinking sending the empty reply envelop back as it has free postage if everyone does this it may slow them down some

A NON government agency who's LLC is actually called Distribution Processing Center is sending out a very non descript offer for "Extra Help" with your Medicare costs. They are fishing for information. They send you something in the mail and then ask you for your mailing address. They want your spouses info and your phone number. The company name is deceiving and the envelope says " second notice" in red to make you feel a sense of urgency to return this information. Obviously, an reputable company would not use these tactics.

Receive mail saying that there's a federal subsidy for me to have up to $35,000 for final expenses the story official and a Sonia scam to get my name address and contact information to processing center

This “business” sent mail to my husband who has been deceased for many years about burial insurance. They asked for personal information to be sent back to them about my deceased husband and myself. They claimed to offer insurance and new benefits for Oklahoma residents but they’re a “company” in Georgia. They also labeled the envelope as a “second notice”, when I never got a first notice, and I believe it was in order to cause me panic.

I supposedly received this 2nd notice via mailer stating you may qualify for a state regulated program to pay for your final Expenses.

An had more related to the final expenses with accurate information that I definitely do not want them to have.

+2

Second notice stamped on outside promoting the panic and thought I’d missed a payment on something important.

Horrible people trying to take advantage of an older person. Should be fined and jailed for such activity.

Received in the mail today this mailer:

New 2019 Benefit Information

For Alaska Citizens Only

You may qualify for a state-regulated program to pay for your final expenses. It is important to know how to qualify for this benefit available to you. This life insurance benefit will pay for 100% of all your funeral and final expenses, up to $35,000. This payment is tax-free for ALASKA residents. You are entitled to receive no-cost information as a resident of ALASKA. IMPORTANT - Complete and return this postage-paid card within 5 days!

They request name, address phone number age spouse age and souses name.

According to ScamPulse.com in Georgia this mailer went out to St. Louis residents in 2016. This ScamPulse.com reported that the purpose of the mailer was to sell the personal information to marketing advertisers. By responding the person would be getting around the no call beczuse it gives the marketers permission to call or contact the person.
