I was contacted by a man claiming to be named Irvin Jacobs, but with a strong Indian accent who threatened that if I didn't file my trademark on a business name Ive been using in commerce for 7 years with them, they would file a competing trademark and send me a cease and desist and take away my right to use my business name. When I told him that's not how trademarking works he laughed at me and said he would be sending me a cease and desist.
