AMEX successfully refunded me my $1,199.00 after Tick Mark Leads LLC failed to provide promised services. After the AMEX dispute was closed out, Tick Marks Leads contacted me via phone to tell me they would only refund the money if I paid them an additional $100 in order to receive the refund. I asked what this was for and the apparent Finance Manger Thomas Underwood stated this was their policy. I asked for the policy in writing and then received a one sentence explanation via email staring the the fee of $100 needs to be covered and once that is paid I will receive the refund. On the phone, this person stated it was a 9% transaction fee charge. Meanwhile, AMEX had already previously refunded me the $1,199 and closed out the dispute. This company appears to be scamming individuals which is rampant in the Real Estate Leads industry.
