Is all I have. They are a scam . I you want a hoverpro please order from the original vendor which is www. Thehoverpro.com. It’s easy to get mixed up so be aware because site name is similar but be aware. Lost $40

They sent me a broken hover. Would not respond to email… there is no contact to them besides email that goes ignored… there reviews on their website are fake…. You have been warned. do not purchase from www.hoverproco.com lost $40

Online Purchase - The Hover Pro

I ordered toys for my niece and nephew for Christmas on December 13 2023. With a 7 day express shipment commitment. Today is January 27, 2024 and they have not received the shipment. I emailed them for a status update last week and received no reply. Today I checked the tracking number and it no longer exists.

Placed order with Hover Pro on 12/14, and they provided a tracking number through CJpacket.com FLY131117998. When on the website it then provides a USPS tracking number 9300120111411296961577 which states the Post Office held the item due to counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. USPS states to contact the vendor for a refund. I have emailed the "customer service" and they state the item was delivered, for me to check my neighbors, when the USPS tracking clearly marks NOT DELIVERED. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now they wont refund my money. The website does not list an address or contact phone number.
