My business (****** **** *******) ordered some Christmas supplies from them online. The credit card transaction went through, but we never received the items we ordered. When we reach out via email to them at these addresses: [email protected] and [email protected], we get an undeliverable message. We called them at +1(603)913-5081 and someone called us back stating that they have the order and needed to confirm that it could be shipped on an 18 wheeler. We confirmed, but now can't get ahold of them again. Order was placed on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. I have the receipt and everything. Is there anything you can do to help us out?
