Ads for equipment online. Only contact was via email. I was interested in a backhoe advertised. He (Andrew Hopkins) won't call back, he only will reply by email. He insisted on having me pay an invoice and would ship the tractor.

I told him 3 times I needed to try it out before paying for it. He said that due to coronavirus, they can't meet with customers. I told him I didn't mind going there to try it, but he insisted on paying for it and shipping it to AZ. I told him I have my own trucks and trailers and I would do my own transport.

I believe he is running a scam.
