Had a charge on my card $69.99 for a pallet we were looking at. At first yhe charge was $1.99 now 7 months later they charged me $69.99.
So I call today and someone who has a thick accent answers and states his name as Riley Henderson OK..
These companies should be down SHUT DOWN. He is giving som BS line about not being able to give the address to this company so I look them up and I find this file on PRIZEHUT and I as I am reading these claims against them I asked him if he feels good for scamming people. These companies don't care that they cheat people out of their hard earned money or that they are lying and stealing from people..
SICK OF DISHONEST PEOPLE ..

I had a charge show up on my account last night for $99.95 I called my bank and they gave me the above number that turned out to be a 3rd party call center. The person I spoke to identified herself as Chris, refused to give me a business name or any other information. Only after demanding to speak with her office supervisor (who I never got on the phone BTW). After screaming and yelling at her she finally said the company was Prize Hut but refused to provide contact information for them.

In the end after all my screaming and threatening I did get an 80% refund but I'm still out 20%.

Come to find out they tell you you won cookware and have to pay a shipping fee, then @ 30 days later they charge the $99.95 as the first charge of an ongoing subscription!!

This is outrageous!! They need to be stopped immediately!!

This is a scam beyond scam. like all the others I authorize a 1.95 from my bank and got charger 99.95. there was no fine print or any other message regarding signing up for a subscription. they offer me 49.97 back but i wanted to speak to management spoke to Harry @ 18443944779 the first time and he gave me this # 18882944809 in which he answered again Scam for real. I want my full amount back. I also ask for a confirmation # and the could not provide it. Gave me this address for CORP P.O. Box 52113 - Phoenix, AZ. 58172-2113, this is awful

I was online on my phone when a page popped up from Spectrum(who is my internet provider) that I had been chosen as a "winner" of prizes listed below. Just click on the one I wanted. I chose the $500 Amazon gift card. I only had to pay $1.95 shipping charge. I thought I read the fine print but evidently not. My bank account was charged $1.95 AND a separate charge of $99.95. I called the number on my statement 8447399054 which asked me to enter my cell phone and they would text me an explanation in a link. Went to the link which gave me no real info - a name of the company at least would have been nice. I did finally get thru to a hard to understand live person who agreed to cancel my "subscription" and any future charges. I asked for the name of the company she represented and got Prizehut which lead my to your website. HELP! I would like my $99.95 back. I hope I can trust your site? Thank you.

My debit card was charged 1.95 (11:59 a.m.) then 89.95 (12:05 p.m.)

I didn't authorize either purchase. I've requested a return of my money. They agreed to give me 25% or 22.97. They stole from my account and will not return the full amount.

I received an email that said I could win a free Ninja Blender. All I would have to pay is the shipping of $1.95. So, I clicked on the $1.95

Then, in my bank statement, I saw that along with the $1.95, I was charged $89.95!

My credit card was charged $89.95 by BOTH of these so called companies. I called 844-238-2084 the first one & finally talked so someone I could barely understand who kept talking over me so I could barely get a word in. After arguing for almost 10 minutes I was told I would be credited back only 1/2 for the MY BRITE SAVING that I DID NOT order. All I had done was click on a prize link and authorized only $1.95. on my credit card. They then charged me the $89.95. I had no idea they had done this until I got my card statement. Calling the 844-471-7069 for the BRAIN FUEL SELECT. I got a recording saying all reps were busy & to call back. When I did it would answer it then hang up. I called 15 times & each time got hung up on without being able to talk to anyone. These people need to be stopped & locked up.

I was notified by my bank of questionable activity on my debt card. I called the number given me. The customer service representative said he did not have an address for the company. He said his company did business with many 3rd party companies. There was a protocol he had to follow which entitled me initially to 25% of the 99.95 charge, but as a courtesy, I was refunded 50%.

Took $500. Out of my bank account charged me all kinds of things. $89.98 twice! Charges of 98. They absolutely drained my account! I'm on ssi and now I have nothing my power will be shut off I have absolutely no food in my house and I have lung cancer. I have to get that asap . I don't know what to do! Help!

Was told I would get a free Ninja just pay the shipping. From Target, seemed legitimate. Wrong! Was charged $1.95 than $89.95 an authorized charge. We will be at the bank tomorrow morning to dispute and get a new card! I better get the dang ninja if we can’t get a refund!

June 2022 I received an email from "fedex" that I thought was real since I was expecting a package. The email said that they had attempted twice to deliver a package and for 1.95 they would reattempt to deliver. It looked legit and I thought that was something new they had started. I put in my information for the 1.95 and went on about my business. My original package came in the next day. As I was checking my bank account that night, I noticed the 1.95 and another charge for 99.95. One I did not authorize. I contacted my bank, they told to get ahold of prize Hutt and ask for a refund. I couldn't get anyone on the phone the several times I tried calling. My bank said I had to get a refund from them since I gave them my information for the 1.95. I still haven't gotten ahold of anyone, much less a refund.

I had 4 withdrawals from my account within 2 days and I don’t know who they are and they don’t answer the phone or return calls and emails don’t go through. I have no idea how they got my card number as I only order from Walmart or Amazon.
They withdrew $89.95 and $99.95 on 6/20 and $89.95 and $1.95 on 6/21. I’m just trying to get my money back. These people need to be stopped!

On June 189th two amounts were taken out of my account that I did not authorize, I continued to call from the moment that I found the transactions on my account. I then continued to call daily until I got someone on the phone at 844-238-2084 on Tuesday, June 21st around 9:04 am, I spoke to a lady and she said her name was Erica and she was unprofessional as well as disrespectful if that is really her name, as she asked for my email and I complied she then informed me that I was the one who subscribed to receive a prize card and I informed her that I did not and that I was disputing the charges she continued to tell me that I signed up and that was that, I then asked to speak with her manager and she said that she will tell me the same thing and I asked again and she said that only thing that she could do was cancel the subscription and refund me 75% of what she had taken out of my account, I then asked her who was he CEO and what was the name of this company. She then said that she could refund me 25% at $20 and some change, so I asked her could I speak with her supervisor or manager and she said that I was the one signed up tat she doesn't have my information so again I asked for the name of the CEO and she said that she could not disclose that information and then I asked for the address to the corporate office and she gave me this address P.O. Box 52113 - Phoenix, AZ. 58172-2113, at this point I hear a dog bark in the background and I was right not to believe a thing she said from the beginning she went on to give me a confirmation#211DB06F08. I wrote a letter and intend on sending it to a number of people with all the information that I have. I work very hard for the money that I have for someone to take it like this, I have spoken with my bank as well.

They just said I won a John Deere riding mower and all I had to pay is 1.and portrayed themselves as Home Depot which I shop at very frequently. Now I’m afraid they are cleaning my credit card
