I ordered a swim safe pool float on June 8, 2021. I received an order number but no tracking number. I've tried to call, left messages on their website. I have not received any response. I will try to stop my credit card payment, but I figure i am just out $25. I have not received anything.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook through a company called The Trendy Cove that was SUPPOSEDLY verified and selling a baby float which was half off the posted price on other sites like Amazon. I clicked on the ad which took me to a website called The Happy Zilla and the website seemed legitimate. I read the “about us”, they had contact information and the “reviews” seemed great on the site, so I went ahead and ordered the product. They offered order tracking through the “Shop” app which also works with companies like Amazon so everything seemed like it was good. I was supposed to receive a notification through the app when a tracking number was sent out. Twelve days went by and nothing. So I went to contact the company and both numbers listed were Florida numbers and when you call them they are through a Text Now account and no one ever answers. I emailed them and sent a message to the “support” team and nothing. I finally searched for posts about them on Facebook and found a post that someone had made about being scammed for the same product I ordered by this company with loads of comments. Apparently others have had this happen as well for the same and similar products but I didn’t find out until after the fact. The worst part is that they seem to be targeting parents as it’s mostly baby and kids stuff! As if parents don’t have enough to pay for, when they try to buy something nice for their child, they get scammed by this horrible illegitimate company (or person)! I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge and filed for my money back. I have seen others doing the same as well. I now have to get a new card due to my card being compromised. I hope that the ScamPulse.com can do something to shut these people down and stop them from stealing peoples money.

Saw an ad on Instagram for a baby product and bought it. Never received the item and when trying to call or email the company there is no response. Suspect this is fraud and a fake company.

I saw several ads on Facebook for a safer baby pool float. I ordered one. I got a text saying it was confirmed and one day later I got a text saying it was shipped. That was June 3 and I have not received anything. Not even a tracking number. It charged my credit card and no one will answer the emails or phones. Several other people on Facebook are saying this website is a scam and is taking money from people without even sending the product.

Ran across the ad for a baby swim float on Facebook. Ordered the product and never received any information on the product shipping or tracking. Waited a few weeks for the item to arrive and never received it.
