Ordered a swim float for my daughter 6/9/21. Checked today (7/13/21) because I haven’t received it… noticed the website is no longer active. Not sure how to go about getting my Money back since I used Venmo and not a bank. I used to be able to ‘track’ it but now it doesn’t even show up as an order. I’m very stressed over this. I saw an ad on Facebook and I ordered baby floater online through Trendy Cove on May 27th 2021. Money was charged through my credit card for $34.97. And email was sent from The Trendy Cove on June 4th saying my order was on the way. As of today July 9th, still nothing. I just checked on this site “scampulse” and it looks like so many people got scam by “The Happy Zilla/The Trendy Cove” like myself ???.

Ordered June 5th and have yet to recieve. I have the Shop app on my phone and it says product shipped by has no tracking info. I have sent several emails with no response. When you google the webpage. this is what comes up. Sure we were all scammed. Contacting my bank with this info so hopefully I can get my money back.

I saw an advertisement for a swim safe pool floater which was being sold through The Happy Zilla. I researched and it appeared to be a verified site so I ordered one for my granddaughter. Immediately after ordering it and paid $24.97 I received notice that I could order a second one for half off what I originally just paid so I ordered a second one and paid $12.49. I shortly later received an e-mail confirmation for each order. My bank account was deducted the amount for each on June 10th, 2021. I waited awhile to receive and when I hadn't received anything returned to the e-mail and sent an inquiry as to where my merchandise was. I received no reply. I also noticed that when I e-mailed it went to Support@ thehappyzilla.com and on the top of the other e-mail it has The Trendy Code. I found an address of 1317 Edgewater Dr Ste 3 Orlando, Flu...which is were the money from my checking account was sent to. I looked up the address and it comes up multiple other businesses and none of these. The number I found of 1-305-558-5559...I am hopeful whoever is doing this scam is caught and brought to Justice!

I ordered a children pool float on June 7, 2021 from Happy Zilla, The Trendy Cove and received a confirmation email same day.

I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I have tried to call 386-361-6527, 386-753-6309 and 305-558-5559 and no answer and i have emailed the [email protected] and no reply.

$24.97 was charged to my credit card on June 7, 2021 Happy Zilla 386-361-6527 Fl.

I purchased two items from this company that have never arrived. I've tried calling but the number is fake and I'm certain the email goes to an unchecked inbox. They were heavily marketed on facebook. When I started researching further it seems many others are in my same position. I will not ever order based on FB adds again but this should be taken down as it's scamming many people. They also have my CC information which is very scary so I'll have to go through the process of cancelling my card.
