Text message read, "Hi ___my name__, this is NAME from The Gryska Organization, reaching out regarding a career opportunity. After reviewing your resume (I did not send them one), we believe you could be a great fit for a position within our agency. For more details, including the role, compensation, and application process, please check your email (and spam folder) at ___my email address___. Should this opportunity not allign with your current career goals, simply reply with "remove", and I will ensure your resume is removed from consideration for this position." (I don't have my resume listed on any job sites nor did I send this company my resume, yet they had my contact information including my cell phone, email address, and full name. The link they sent to apply had all of my personal contact information already entered into fields to apply, all except for city, state, and zip code and a place to upload your resume (which they said they had already and now they need it uploaded). I've gotten similar texts in the past that were all scams. Certainly those where I'd never applied for a job with their companies. It's concerning that they have all of my contact information without my having contacted them at all.
