Type of a scam Online Purchase

Company "The Bradford Exchange" is claiming that I purchased a Chicago Blackhawks Cuckoo Clock. It is asking for my credit card information. The letter is stating that I owe $234. I looked up the website and it has a different logo than the one on the letterhead.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received an invoice from the Bradford Exchange for an item I never purchased. I have never purchased anything from this company. The invoice was for some collectible Star Wars village and was part of a "subscription". There was a "Member Account Number" and "order number". The amount of the invoice was $69.98. I could not have possibly placed this order (nor anyone else in my household) because we were on a cruise vacation with NO internet access.

The address was correct, but my name was misspelled. I have contacted Bradford by email to cancel my "order" and close my "Member Account" , but have not heard anything back.

I think they were just counting on me paying the bill without questioning it. Please beware of this company and their fraudulent invoicing.
