I called Terminix 10/11/2024 to schedule an appointment for mole infestation. Terminix arranged for an inspector to come Monday, October 14, 2024 between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. They never showed and never contacted me, so I waited all afternoon for nothing. At 4:30 pm I called and expressed my disappointment. Terminix assured me their inspector would be out today, October 16, 2024 between 8:00am and 10:00am and that the inspector would call to let me know when he was coming. It is now 9:45 am and no show or any contact from Terminix. I called Natura Pest Control and they are happy to have my business. I will share my Terminix experience whenever I can.

We were charged (Prepaid) *******$ on 09/17/24 for the rodent extermination service for 2 years. The first service was done on the next day 09/18/24 and upon inspection post first service we found that half of the exterior holes were left open. we were very disappointed with the service and requested to cancel the service right away and requested for a prorated refund. After reaching out to the customer service 4 times and sending detailed emails with evidence (pictures) that the service was incomplete, we have not received any response from the branch manager #**** and higher **** They cancelled our request for refund without any formal communication. We even requested to deduct the charges for the day of service performed by the technicians and refund us the remainder but they said ******* was the charge for a 30 minute service. All they did was fill out 4-5 inlet points on the exterior part of the house. We are highly dissatisfied not only with the service but also with their Branch Manager and ***************** we are being forced to take legal action against Terminix because they charged a ridiculous amount of money for the service they hardly performed. The fees that Terminix is retaining is illegitimate, unfair and on the contrary to public policy.
