Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report a suspected scam incident involving individuals falsely claiming to represent Norton Antivirus. I was contacted via phone number 207-820-0368 and was told my Norton subscription required urgent action. The caller directed me to make payments using Amazon gift cards, which raised serious concerns about legitimacy.

They also referenced instructions similar to “[Uninstall Guide] How to Remove Norton Antivirus From Your ...” to appear credible and gain trust. I now believe this was a fraudulent attempt to obtain money under the Norton name.

Please investigate this incident immediately and take appropriate action to prevent further misuse. I am submitting this report for your awareness and consumer protection review

Sincerely,
Willson Smith
