They texted me that they were renewing my Norton security and my bank had been charged for $499:99 and to call their number. I had to fill out several forms to get my money back. I ended up giving them too much information before they said they were locking up my computer. They did post a threatening page on the computer that it was locked and I'd have to pay a fine to the FBI within 72 hours. I disconnected and contacted my bank. Nothing was taken out of my account and have changed bank accounts and made other contacts.

They had my email address and informed me that a bill for services was to be taken from checking account and need to call to get this taken care of. The email came from Roxanne Williams ([email protected])

Company was Geek Squad with invoice number and account number with phone number to call back.
