I bought a pillow and pillow case from this scammer for $64.47. I did not receive the pillow or case. I e-mailed them 8 times and the told me UPS was backed up and it was on the way. I bought these items on the 8th 0f January and with my credit card and never received them. I request my money back on several occasions and they said it would be put back on my card within 3 days. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now they won't answer my e-mails.

Ordered the Sleep Apnea pillow and pillowcase, which was to include a free eye mask, on 12-27-25 for $58.23. About 7-10 days later I asked for a tracking number because I hadn't received any other email besides my initial order email, and from there all I got was a series of excuses as to why I haven't gotten my order yet and that they had more orders than what they normally deal with. I was assured over and over that my order was still being processed. They gave me the option of taking a partial refund and they would re-order the pillow and send it out as soon as possible, but I told them if they're positive I'm going to get it, I just want my order. After 46 days, I threatened to report them to the BBB, FTC and multiple negative online reviews (because I used my bank debit card, I had no credit card company to assist). I have since not heard a single word back from them.
