Report

The retailer advertised math fact fluency games, editable word problems and other math game bundles. The first game bundle was free and then there were extra add-on bundles you could get. Once purchased the files I received were peek and kindergarten level phonics, alphabet activities. There was one math file, but it was not in any of the math domains listed. I have been emailing back and forth with their support email team, but have gotten nowhere. They ask for titles after I provided that in my first email (5 emails ago). It frustrating. The just keep sending the same link to the same incorrect files! I asked for a refund and they said they do not give refunds due to their products being digital but I have not received the files I actually purchased!
