So you purchased marijuana on a site that is a delivery site, they have you complete the payment then you get an additional email saying that you are not registered with the state and a $299 refundable fee is to be processed in order for them to deliver the product. When you attempt to cancel it is converted to Cryptocurrency from CashApp and you can not cancel or stop the sale. They state you will get a refund in 15-30 business days. I have yet to receive my refund.
