Report

Scammer (Grace Parker Jewelry) presented online images of jewelry for sale. Victim ordered one item and received written notice that the item was no longer available. Grace Parker Jewelry charged the victim's charge card $29.99 and invited the victim to add different items to the order. Victim declined and requested a refund. Grace Parker responded with directive to return jewelry (that was never received) in order to process the refund. This company appears to be bogus and doesn't appear to intend to refund the amount charged to the victim's charge card.

Grace Parker Jewelry posts pictures of jewelry all over social media through ads that take you to their website. I ordered a ring. They charged my card $59.99 then I received an email that the ring I purchased was out of stock so they offered me a substitute. I emailed them back that I did not want a substitute. I requested a refund which I have not received.

This scammer(s) are located in Amsterdam. Their website looks legit … the quality of the supposed jewelry you get is crap. You could get in almost in a Cracker Jack box. What a scam!!!!!!
