This business took pre-orders for the new Pokemon set and never intended to ship them and instead double-sold them either in person or somewhere else separate from their website. When I emailed asking about the status of my order they instead canceled the order and refunded my money. I did not lose any money but had I never contacted them they would have kept it long enough to where I couldn't submit a charge back with my bank. They were not transparent about any orders, issues, or delays which is massive red flag.
