I ordered shoes from a company, named Tanner Shoes USA, that advertises itself as a small, local, handmade leather shoe business based in Florida, USA, claiming to have faced recent financial difficulties (Check the website: https://tanner-shoes.com/). However, the product I received was shipped directly from China and has Chinese letter inside of the shoes. Also it was not as described on their website. The shoes were made from artificial (fake) leather and were clearly not handmade. The quality was significantly lower than advertised. In addition, the customer service team refused to provide a free return shipping label, despite the misleading product description. It has become clear that this is not a U.S.-based company, but rather a business operating from mainland China, falsely marketing its products and location. The entire operation appears to be fraudulent, and all products sold are misrepresented.
