On the same day, I sent an email requesting cancellation of the order, as there was no cancellation option available on website. I have followed up 4–5 times regarding the cancellation request, but I did not receive any response from company for several days.
Yesterday, I received a reply stating that the refund will be processed once the product is received back. However, as per the current status, the product has not yet been shipped. Therefore, it is unclear how the product can be returned when it has not been dispatched.
Since the order has not been shipped, I request them to kindly cancel the order immediately and process the full refund at the earliest.
I do not receive a proper response and refund so I compelled to raise a complaint.
