I ordered some half price T-shirts, and was given a tracking number but every time I tried to track it the website froze up. Emailed the company and they said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I emailed again, they sent a screenshot of the supposed delivery. I again said I hadn't received so they "expedited" a replacement and provided a new tracking number through a different tracking website. When I asked for my money, they offered to send a gift and would refund me when I received the gift. I have asked for my money back several times now
