I want my money they took.

they took 29.99 dollars out my bank account. i don’t understand what this is. i’d like my money back. i never gave out my information to anything or anyone. i really need my money back. i don’t have lots of money and i’m living paycheck to paycheck. i just need it back. i never okayed this at all.

This company poses as a free online library and asks for credit card information to validate ID. It states they will charge 1.00 and then refund immediately. I personally did not authorize and closed out of the website before submitting when I realized it sounded suspicious, however they captured my cc information without my consent and charged me $29.99. I suspect they would have continued to charge me had I not cancelled my credit card. This is a scam company that poses as a free online library.

This scammer poses as an online library, which advertises free online access to books. In order to provide access it requires credit card information, allegedly to verify user identity and address. It promises to charge $1 and then credit it right back. Instead it signs the user up for an obscenely expensive service with the named scam company. The signup for the library never goes through, often resulting in multiple attempts. The covert signup for the unwanted service does go through. no information about the service or how to use the service or how to cancel the service was provided to me via email, regular mail or by phone. Noticing that the covert signup for unwanted service was made I contacted my credit card to block further charges, but they still went through. The hidden disclaimer said that a 7-day free trial membership would be extended, but the scammer charged for membership after 1 day. Scammer instituted policy of refusing refunds of membership fees already paid.

Conclusion: this scammer is a SCAMMER. Beware, avoid, report, file lawsuits, blacklist.
