I saw a site on Facebook with a video of a kitchen witch doll and it sounded like a legitimate business. I received 4 of these dolls without a receipt or return address. Only the email was provided and the video was removed from Facebook. All the dolls are knockoffs and do not have any of the details like the ones in the videos. I have contacted the support service email and at first they offered me 10 dollars and then 13. They refuse a return with a refund and tell me the product is legitimate. My fault for falling for Facebook. I am attempting to contact my Visa Card company to have them tell me who it was charged to as well as try to refund the charge.
