False Promises of Job Placement:
Synergize Growth markets its program as a direct path to employment, specifically claiming to assist in onboarding participants into jobs with reputable companies like Valon Mortgage.
Despite completing the program and fulfilling all requirements, there has been no substantial progress or verifiable job placement efforts.
The company fails to provide proof of successful placements or clear next steps for participants.
Lack of Transparency & Refusal to Provide Proof of Legitimacy:
Requests for proof of partnership with Valon Mortgage, evidence of previous successful placements, and official contact details of employer partners have been ignored or deflected.
Synergize Growth has failed to provide written documentation confirming job placement guarantees or contractual obligations.
Retaliatory & Intimidation Tactics:
Upon questioning their business practices, Synergize Growth initiated baseless legal threats, falsely accusing me of making negative online posts.
They claimed to have engaged a law firm to subpoena private records, an intimidation tactic used to silence dissatisfied clients.
Despite requests for official court documentation proving the existence of legal action, none has been provided.
Prolonged Delays & Failure to Honor Services Rendered:
The company has continuously delayed onboarding and job placement services without providing legitimate reasons.
I set a clear deadline (end of February) for demonstrable progress, yet no significant updates have been provided.
Due to their prolonged non-performance, I have formally requested a refund, which they have not addressed.

A full refund due to Synergize Growth’s failure to deliver services as promised.
