www.swooshstore.com advertises selling gym shoes. I purchased a pair and received an email confirming the dollar amount went though from an unknown source, but never received a transaction or tracking #. I attempted to call them yesterday, but realized the only telephone numbers provided are for DHS and the postal service. There is no actual telephone number to this "business." I then emailed them a [email protected] and support@bsbmail (both obtained on the website) asking for the status of my $83.00 purchase. This morning I received an email from support@bsbmail stating... "Dear customer, txs for your letter, please Contact us After sale customer service: [email protected] If you have additional questions or comments, we would love to hear from you! Regards, The Sale Support Team" I believe this is a scam as, the money deducted from my account, but nothing has been received and no contact has been made stating anything about shipping. I'm not sure what my options are, but I figured I would report it to you. I guess I will take it as a loss.
