Found their website on TrustPilot, February 19th 2024, they had a 4.8 rating. Looked legit, TrustPilot ratings reinforced. Registered for a free account and upgraded to one of their cloud mining options (number 2) . They had 4 options. Sent them ethereum 0.1705, ($660 as of today) paid throught their website. From my wallet to their wallet a transfer was made (0.1705 ethereum). There is a record of that on etherscan. It took them 9 days to acknowledge, that they even received the money. Some kind of red flag on my straight transfer they said. And there are so many fraudsters out there, who wants to fraud them, they have to make sure I am legit. Then they went quiet. After 9 days they answered to my chat and said I was a false positive and they are ready to give me a bonus and activate my account with them. I told them. my trust is shaken and according to their own terms and conditions, there is a 14 day refuns window, I've asked for a refund, they agreed and said sorry, and said they are starting the refund process. That was 9 days ago. Everyday I asked them through their chat, any news...? Mostly no response, rarely they answer, "Let me check" and then nothing. Today they locked me out of their website, I cannot log in. Access Denied. There is no address, no phone number, no email on their website. I have screen recorded and copied the the chats, I also have a record of the crypto transfer. I've complained about them to TrusPilot, wanted to warn other people to stay away, but TrustPilot removed my 1 star review, several times. I am in the process contacting the media. Somebody needs to do something. I have screen recordings of the chats and their website.
