Facebook marketplace seller going by the name Lori Grienzman. She is giving a piano away; just pay delivery fee. She sent me this link: https://swiftmoverdelivery.com/? to make arrangements directly with the mover, because she has moved and could not take piano with her. To clarify, I asked if the piano was in the possession of the movers. She replied, "Yes Thanks for your prompt response. I got through to the movers now letting them know they will move the piano. The rep I spoke with said you should go on their website at Swiftmoverdelivery.com and see about them then you can chat with any available online agent they will tell you what to do and how much fee you have to pay for the delivery to your doorstep to initiate a reroute. you should also present this reference ID: SH23101TRE to them that miss Lori referred you. I would like you to reach out to them as soon as you can so I can remove the post on Facebook Marketplace. I will be waiting to hear from you on how it goes with movers." Her FB profile also looks fake: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61560571287943

I called both numbers: (640) 300 1092 is registered in New Jersey and is no longer in service, and (508) 639-0251 registered in Massachusetts answers with a "the Google subscriber you called is not available. Please leave a message."

I tried to chat but no agent was available so I ended the chat. Now as I'm typing this report, chat agent Brent Trimbell is now available.

The website board of directors links conveniently don't work; all three members are bogus.

It's clear to me this is a phishing scam.
