My elderly mother of 72 years old on a fixed income was scammed out of $350.00 dollars of which she never received her product almost 2 months ago. A representative from Bradford exchange was very rude on the phone and the situation was never resolved. No product and no refund was received. Please help. I will never do business with Bradford exchange again and will tell the news family and friends about it too so they don't get scammed as well. Please call me 347-373-8531 sheree Wilkes is my name
