I was doing a survey online and it said I won a free smart watch but I needed to pay shipping cost which was $6.95. By the time I was finished the survey it added earbuds with for $19.95. There was no number to get in touch with them nor did I get a confirmation of my order. I waited until the package came in and the receipt had no number. I checked my bank account and saw that they pulled twice $6.95, once $19.95, and $69.95 which I didn't authorized. The phone number was on my statement when I called they were unwilling to give me a refund and tried to send me another watch out by mail, would not let me speak to a manager. I called another number on my bank statement the lady was so rude she hung up on me. Several days later this same lady called me at a failure area code (224)515-1116 at 6:33 am and said she could give me partial credit for the items which would have been $40 back. I already submitted a dispute with my bank and waiting for them to send me a letter. The lady from this company was not suppose to call me that early in the morning she claimed she called another time and I hung up. I would not agree to their terms they owe me the entire amount and later I did a search and say they were a scam company.
