I ordered items from this surreal unicorn. It was a sponsored ad on Facebook. It has been over three months and the items were never sent. When asking for a cancellation and a full refund I was told that my order was being processed and they couldn't cancel or do a refund.

Ordered bra on the website. Received email confirmation. Product never arrived. Emailed their customer support numerous times asking for status of order. Was sent a standard message that the item I ordered was their most popular item and shipping could take longer than anticipated. After numerous attempts to get status, I advised they either ship my order and provide a valid tracking number or provide a full refund and that my next course of action was to file a fraud/scam complaint with the ScamPulse.com and other authorities. I received another email asking me to give them a few days to check on my order. I emailed them twice on 7/2 asking for an update or a refund. That is when I got a delivery failure on both emails.
