After returning from vacation I noticed on my bank account they were 2 charges over $89 from Rightbodydetox and Rightbodyketo. I called the phone number that was on these pending charges. The customer service would not let me speak with a supervisor. It was very difficult trying to understand what they were saying. Until I realize that they were reading off a script. The customer service agent continuously repeated the same thing over and over. I asked again to let me speak with a supervisor and to stop reading off the script. Everyday I tried to call to speak with a supervisor of this company.

I searched online for another phone number using their address Number One Keto of Sure health detox from the sample package they sent out to me. (Again I did not order this.) Finally after the fourth time they connected me with a supervisor. The supervisors name is Sabrina, who also continuously read from a script set of words. As I explain to Sabrina the same thing I explain to all the other customer service agents, that somebody hacked into my account and I did not authorize them to be using my credit card and I was trying to send back the product they have sent me to get a refund for the 2 charges of $89.00 & change and 2 $6.00 & Change. Sabrina said, they would refund credit for the two charges that were over $89.00 & change. But they would not refund the shipping and handling of this product which was 2 charges $6.00 & Change. This company (Rightbodydetox/RightbodyKeto, Number One Keto & Sure Health Detox fraudulent charge my account without me authorizing them to use my credit card.) The company supervisor Sabrina seem to ignore the fact that this was a fraudulent charge and had no intentions on correcting it (by refunding the 2 charges or $6. & Change. They refused to return my money and send a return label for a package at their expense, (for something I did not authorize or order from this company.) I have informed Sabrina that I have every intentions on contacting the attorney general of Florida for their negligence in using credit cards that are not authorized by the owner.

It should be important to this company that there are hackers stealing personal information. No matter what, this company/s ( as well as all companies) need to have the decency of reimbursing victims of their money when these hackers dip into innocent peoples accounts. Instead the greed from this company has decided to be a scammer and allow the hackers to destroy innocent peoples accounts. Shame on them !
