Hi, my name is *****, I was playing this game on tusday night around 11 or so on september 22nd so as I was playing I ha around $40-50 won then my amount winning went around $3100 then I bet $500 by mustake and went down to 2900 I ketp betting till i though I should cash this money I log out of the game to the lobby and went to messenger to redeem this amout went back and there was only $22 left on my winning amount. I ask to.this person who I contact to load this game they refused to give me any informatiom to contact custumer support and naver gave me a email address or phone number to call. I ask politely but never gave me anything. Now will you be able to tell me what really happen there? Heres my user name the platform I been using.
