I purchase a hair root color cover up. Dec 14. Reached out the the support email twice asking where my product was, the third time I threatened to call my bank and claim fraudulent claim and they told me they sent the item. They kept a sending me links to click (which I did not) telling me the item was delivered. Then they sent me an email with a fake routing number. When I told them the routing number was incorrect because it had 5 letting and the USPS said it has to start with two letters, they wrote back saying it was my problem because they delivered it. I am watching my visa bill to be sure they don’t try to charge me something else. They are definitely not legit. The emails were very sketchy always wanting me to click on a link.
