I thought I was buying two eyeshadows for $19. Next thing I know it jumped to 38.99 due to shipping. I ordered it on June 23rd and kept tracking my shipment. Said it was in NY on July 2nd and then no further updates til Friday the 24th of July, which then stated it was delivered on the 17th. There was nothing in my mailbox and my neighbors would give it to me if it was put in theirs. I even contacted them on the 20th and they sent me a tracking link showing it wasn't delivered. But when I tried to make a claim on PayPal, the tracking info changed and my case was denied. I am so frustrated! I can't even find the actual website off of Facebook I ordered from.

Scam for special liquor bottles, unique shapes etc on FACEBOOK. Fake delivery details from speedx.io. No assistance with finding the package. Always saying it was returned by and to the local USPS. No person to talk to, all email using no specific person's name, always "customer service". Even though they say call, 1-800-658-4192, it is an inoperable number and email says no human person. only email contact. They said they tried 3 times and then "returned" it to speedx.io in Illinois. It was shipped to a BUSINESS with public hours 7 days a week. They claimed no one was there to accept. One time even stating the address was "undeliverable". However they attempted delivery 2 other times after that.

As we checked, your parcel was just returned somehow.

Please must contact the post office to check if to catch it back is possible or not.

We don't have a phone number, only mail service.
