I purchased what was advertised on Richard and Clarke's website as a knitted sweater. The product images and description clearly represented a knitted garment. When my order arrived, I did not receive a knitted sweater. Instead, I received a long sleeve t-shirt with a sweater design printed on the fabric. The item delivered is materially different from the product that was advertised and purchased.

I contacted the company and requested a full refund and they refused to provide a full refund and would not cover return shipping costs. After several back-and-forth emails, the company offered that I could keep the item for a 60% refund, which I denied and am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Do not buy anything from the company. Their advertising misrepresents what they actually send you and you will not be able to recoup your cost.
