I don't know how this account was started. I have just learned it is a translation company and never needed any translation. I looked at the PayPal billing, and there was no number to call. After several months, I have filed a complaint with PayPal, which gave me the company's contact information. A heavy-accented man on the PDFSimpli line tried to sell me a different plan instead of my requested cancellation. I don't remember EVER ordering this, but it was one of those "trial" offers that expanded to $49.95 monthly. Essentially, the company, if reached by someone wanting a refund, has a non-English speaker answer the phone, causing the caller to give up.
