I saw a post of facebook - person was recommending these amazing McCormack spices and had been inundated with emails so posted a link to the site. I read several other positive reviews and decided to try it. I provided my credit card information to cover the cost of shipment (which ended up being $21.74 CAD) and immediately had a change of mind. I cancelled and the $21.74 CAD did not go through. However, they then placed a charge of $101.79 CAD on my card for a product I never ordered. It shows as, "Keto Supplemen", on my credit card and I know it's the same company because the cancellation number lines up with the charges. The credit card company isn't much help so I guess I'm out the money. Now I'm insecure about making any purchased and second guessing everything. President's Choice Mastercard had the opportunity to stop the transaction from going through while it was in the pending state but chose to let it go through and said they could not stop future charges. I've asked for another credit card with a different number but the credit card company said that would not stop something I'd already approved despite my proof that I had made a one-time purchase that I cancelled immediately. I asked President's choice for the company details so I could file a complaint and they asked for a few minutes and said they couldn't find anything and then hung up. I just hope I'm able to warn others. Probably too late for me.
