I purchased three items that were to be delivered before April 20 and they have not. They were paid through PayPal and have not been responsive, refunded my money or delivered my product. I have been requesting a refund since April 15, 2025. I have since checked, and although the site led me to believe they were located in the US with EST contact, I see that there are several countries they are associated with; Guyana, Malaysia, Philippines, etc. None being the US
