My 78 year old Mother received a phone call from this company that stated that they were working in conjunction with her mortgage company. Simmons First, they are not affiliated per Simmons. They further told my mother that my Dad purchased a warranty in 2016. He didn't, we looked through bank records. When she called to cancel, Home Warranty Services told my Mother that she was required to keep the policy 30 days before she could cancel. They did process payment through Simmons First. I made various calls, sent emails and lost my religion but managed to get this cancelled when I mentioned the Arkansas Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and stated that they were preying on the elderly. I blasted them on Facebook and got a reply from an acquaintance that she was scammed by this company also. Both my Dad and my acquaintance were employees, former employees of Simmons First.
