Derm Lumiere is a company offering full size products to try if shipping is paid. They target victims through social media. I clicked on the ad and signed up and received a crappy product. They never provided information on how to cancel any subscription, and when I contacted them to cancel I never received a response. I then began receiving collection calls. I talked them down to only paying for the retail price of the product (they were attempting to collect double the amount) but I told them I was going to file with the ScamPulse.com and would get my money back.

I paid shipping only for a free trial of face cream and serum. I was not aware they were going to try and auto ship more product. My Credit card was compromised wit h3 unauthorized transaction, so I called my card and got a new number. I just received a phone call from someone supposedly from the company telling me I had an outstanding bill for more product to be shipped. I said I wanted anything auto shipped cancelled and he said I had to pay a balance for it to be cancelled. I asked for online log in info if I have an account so I could see what was going on and was hung up on. I called a number I found for the company and same thing, asked for online log in if I have an auto ship account and was hung up on. I have no copy of a service agreement or emails about a subscription service, so I think they were just trying to get an updated credit card to use in an unauthorized way. They need shut down.
