Tried to purchase a walking pad for 39.99 off Shopify store Zzenshop & Commetech. (EIN : 92-3267204

D-U-N-S :130815472)

My order number is: Order 95C651E1CC

They took my money, but i never got the item. I tried to use email but it bounced back to me. Website was non existent after purchased.

Seen an ad on Facebook for a bath jet spa for the price of 39.99 with a 48 hour shipping guarantee my account was debited on 6 April and that money was taken out of my account. My account was also debited for $349. That money was also taken out of my account when I called my bank to dispute the charges the transaction comes up as a different company vintage vintagestyeinteriors located in Palmdale California. I called the business and they have no knowledge of this transaction. They also stated that they're a Mom and Pop vintage store. They do not do online sales nor do they do sales over the phone. This is a total different business and a whole Nother state I don't know how it is that they are able to do these transactions in this type of way, but I am still fighting to get my money back.
