The ads are all over the place, including the Bible app. They said to click to go to the web browser, but I did not click there. I went to Google and clicked on the web address, not realizing it mentioned SPONSORED on top. It gave a color picture of how she looked at age 15 and when she started this hand-crafted jewelry. The catalog pictures were terrific, and as the ad said, she is retiring and closing down her business; she was giving significant discounts. On April 28th, I started putting beautiful jewelry in the shopping cart, and it always said only 2 in stock, buy soon. After a few hours, I told my daughter I had found this and selected a few items in the shopping bag. She got so attracted that she selected more and paid nearly $600.00. On the 29th, the ad was still on, so I selected a few for myself. I gave my credit card information and purchased for $ 169.28. Later, I checked the contact's address, which is Hong Kong. The tel no is fake 75791642. I tried calling. The Returns policy had spelling mistakes. The first page says they will refund if we change our minds. The return policy states that we have to return to Hong Kong and pay for the shipping label. I went to Reddit and saw public reporting that Claire Jewelry is fake - ["Elevated” = copious amounts of ugly a** yellow “topaz” on tarnished-looking metal. That’ll be a no from me.]

My daughter and I called the credit card services and reported fraud. They immediately canceled those credit cards and issued new ones. They registered the claim and, hopefully, will refund our money. Their address and Phone number in the "Contact us" section are Mode Galerie Limited—UNIT 1005, 10/F, BOSS COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 28 FERRY STREET, YAU MA TEI, HONG KONG, Company number 75791642.

The Credit Card Services was able to give me the Claire Jewelry tel no 888-252-4737
