I sent photos of my sons teeth with aligners on
This had been the THIRD time I forwarded the photos
Byte sent back 6 emails to me asking me over and over for repetitious photos. I submitted and submitted.
Eventually they were accepted. It was under review
Support stated in order to move forward you needed me to sign something- this was a legal paper. This is deceptive and coercive. They create it so you have to sign a liability waiver. The customer is not given a choice. Its is mandated to move forwarded.
FRAUD
I then asked for a status update
Five weeks went by
I kept asking for updates
“ we have not received an update on your order “ we will reach out when able
There was no mention of me needing to send additional pictures
The Byte support team misled me stating “ order is in progress”
“ we take full responsibility for the delay”
Now again 2 mths after I sent all the initial pictures
Mu son has broken lost the only aligners he had – you cannot expect these to last 2-3 mths one pair
They are not made for this
I call and they tell me only the lower ones are on order and you need upper pictures—These were sent 3 times 3mths ago
I have sent multiple emails I have sent multiple photos and now 3 mths later BYTE is stating they need more photos and expecting me to have the aligners
That are not designed for multiple week use. The BYTE team took 2 mths to get back to me and even tell me that more photos are needed
The company is delayed
They are trained to mislead
They are trained to make the patient resubmit so many times ,they find errors but wait to tell the patient about them mislead them to believe an order is in progress.
Then they ask for more and more then make it so the patient is noncompliant so they are not responsible for anything.
Why wasn’t I asked for more photos the 10-15 times I emailed and called and they told me that my order was in progress and it was delayed but not sure why

Misleads customers into delays which cause them to fail to send photos as needed
They create an mandatory signing of a legal paper forcing the customer to sign and not able to move forward with out this
I was Asking for updates and they mislead me stating there was an order but being very vague in not confirming both upper and lowers were on order
They try to avoid anything that makes them take responsibility
This is fraud

There are current legal issues and pending law suites against this company for targeting customers and giving false information and unfair trade with deceptive practices
I am submitting a medical review against the dentist linked to my account
Anna Marie Messenger
She is a DENTIST I have her state of license and information . She has never talked to me or reached out to me. She is not trained or licensed as an orthodontist. Yet-they are placing her name and license on my account.
I am submitting a complaint to the Arkansas Department of health under her license for review – they should be aware of the FRAUD she is involved in since BYTE has failed to resolve my problem as well as the legal problems and deceptive techniques.
I have placed 4 separate Better business Bureau complaints in with no resolution and no refund
I am placing a review of this SCAM. charging people for a service not offered and not refunding
