Quality is awful. Product was delivered from a local city near me..someone’s personal home address. No professional packaging and necklace definitely is not Gold as they advertise. Black part of heart seems to be plastic and other reviews state that it is a plastic sticker of some sort. I contacted customer service to return and they said that I would have to ship from California all the way to the UK on my own dime. Representative stated via email that they have no where to deliver it to in the states. Then where was it shipped from because even the tracking shows that it was shipped from a city not too far from me in the same state that I am in. It seems to be someone’s personal address. Very sketchy. I am frustrated because I did check reviews, but after further investigation, I believe the majority of the positive reviews on Trust Pilot and Instagram are fake. I am so tired of liars and scammers. Save your money and personal information and do not order from this scam company.
