Type of a scam Employment
However, after signing the agreement, I received no further communication, no referrals, and no confirmation of work. The company has no verifiable phone number, and its website appears inactive or non-functional. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in leadership—emails are signed by “Andrew Moylan” while the contract is signed by “Lucas Palubiak.” The listed business address (30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY) is known to be used by numerous shell companies and virtual office services.
I now believe this company may be misrepresenting itself and possibly misusing my professional credentials without consent. I am concerned that they could be generating ESA letters under my name or license number. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and request termination of the agreement, I have received no response.
This experience appears to be part of a broader scam targeting mental health providers under the guise of legitimate telehealth work, with the potential for significant ethical, legal, and professional harm.
